Cancellation of any course by the company itself will mean full repayment of fees to the registered candidate. The company reserves the right to amend or cancel any training date or location. Should this be necessary you will be contacted immediately and given an alternate date.
When you make a payment for any of the courses offered by us, please note cancellation charges apply. Upon booking, 50% of the course fee is non-refundable. Bookings which are cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the course are 100% non refundable. Cancellation fees are applied as it is not often possible to re-book cancelled places at less than 1 months notice.
Cancellation charges will be withdrawn if the applicant re-books on the next available slot provided we are able to find a replacement for the booked slot that was cancelled by you.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
A Certificate of completion of the course will be issued upon completion.
Food will be provided by the company, please let us know of any special dietary needs at least a week prior to the course so we can fulfil your specific requirements.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Course aftercare and support is offered to all candidates and guidance to help find employment will also be offered through our affiliation programmes with recruitment agencies. We do not however guarantee employment for all as we are primarily a training company and not a recruitment company.
Like many authorised training providers, our curriculum has been assessed and approved by cosmetic indemnity providers who provide recognition and authorisation of indemnity. With this status being held, we can not be held responsible if the guidelines change or if there are further requirements for further qualifications which are not met by our academy.
